Nacon announces that the signing of a protocol was completed for the 100% acquisition of Crea-Ture Studios. Through this transaction, Nacon promotes the remarkable know-how of developer teams specializing in the development of skateboarding titles. The acquisition of Crea-Ture Studios helps to strengthen Nacon's positioning in the promising niche of sports simulations for PC as well as consoles.
Crea-Ture Studios owes its reputation of many years of experience of its founders and head of Marc-André Houde (20 years of animation experience and environment creation experience in corporations such as Ubisoft, Square Enix, Warner) and Vincent Da Silva (nearly 25 years of programming experience and project management at companies like Behavior, Hibernum and Warner).
